Barnardo's Drive 2 Work (Barnardos Works)

Drive 2 Work is aimed to help people aged 20-24 gain more job opportunities by helping them to get their driving license.

It is a 12-week programme that offers support and payment for a provisional license, support and payment to study and sit theory test, and payment for driving lessons/tests (including use of the car on test day).

This programme will be made up of 4 hours driving per week, with 2 days a week of employability support and 1-day volunteering per week (up to 4 weeks of placement).

There will be employer talks from a variety of driving based employers including FedEx. We will also be including a variety of driving workshops including the transport police.
