The Wellbeing Club (The Wellbeing Club )

Kerry Stirling

The Wellbeing Club is to help women who are vulnerable and perhaps experiencing confidence and self-esteem issues due to ill mental health or for other reasons like homelessness or being reliant on benefits, single mums or perhaps stuggeling with something else. Our project is here to help these women to gain more control over their lives, to learn new skills that will help them to change their lives around in order to not have to rely on benefits.

We offer a free 10-week programme for women which is based on the Dawn Breslin Harmonizing coaching programme.
