The Open University in Scotland is hosting a special event to help support organisations of all sizes across Scotland to benefit from a diverse workforce, aimed at human resources and learning and development professionals, as well as hiring managers, and supervisors.
Attendees will learn how a diverse workforce helps an organisation increase productivity and creativity and improve business performance, and be more responsive and adaptive in an ever-evolving world of work.
