Customer Service Excellence Training

Capital City Partnership’s Training & Skills Academy are working in partnership with FUSE(this will open in a new window) to support the recruitment of staff within the new St James Quarter and have some fantastic opportunities for job seekers.

Places available on March, April and May courses for Customer Service Excellence Training in both Hospitality and Retail! Completion of the course results in a guaranteed interview.

Hospitality Start Dates

9th April 2021 and 23rd April 2021. * Hospitality is a 6 -day course.

Retail Start Dates

5th April 2021, 19th April 2021 and 3rd May 2021. *Retail is a 5-day course.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Currently in receipt of Universal Credit/new-style Job Seekers Allowance or new style Employment Support Allowance
  • Aged 18 +

This training will take place online.

What will be covered?

For Retail: Various nationally recognised certificates including World Host Certificate from People 1st International. In addition, support with application & interview skills and a unique employer insight into roles and opportunities.

For Hospitality: Various nationally recognised certificates including Food Hygiene Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificates. In addition, support with application & interview skills and a unique employer insight into roles and opportunities.
