Qualifications in Scotland have changed a great deal over the past few years. Job applicants can now take a variety of routes to their ideal careers. It is important for employers to understand the broad range of qualifications available in order to attract the full range of potential applicants with the right skills and talents to help your organisation thrive.

We can also help you appropriately level job descriptions, use SCQF levels to write person specifications, identify and better understand employee training needs, source suitable courses or even have in-house training credit-rated.
