ENABLE Employability Fund Stage 3
Spaces remaining for 16-17 year olds and 18+ to participate in ENABLE Scotland’s Employability Fund Stage 3 training.
We will meet learners 2 days per week and 1:1 call follow-ups to offer a flexible learning experience.
The course will be on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from the 13th of October, running from 10am – 2 pm, with the course being 11 weeks long.
We have spaces remaining for Edinburgh residents, who are either 16 or 17 years old or 18+, and they may be eligible for the young person’s allowance of £55 per week for attending.
It’s a great opportunity for people facing barriers and/or difficulties in accessing mainstream education or employment or for those young people who needs help in the transition between school and further training or work.
We will support learners to:
- Create their CVs,
- Practice mock interviews
- Gain an understanding of the world of work
- Learn about personal presentation
- Learn how to communicate effectively and achieve their PDA level 3 qualification.
During the programme, learners will also be supported to look for employment opportunities within different sectors available in the current job market.
This may include working within: Retail, Administration, Horticulture, Health and Social Care, or other areas of employment they identify.
Contact Lewis Allan on 07889 456112 or email@example.com to register interest in the programme. The candidate will then be referred by SDS, who will complete a referral form with them.
