ITA Funding

Skills Development Scotland (SDS) have announced that applications for Individual Training Accounts (ITA) will re-open next Monday, the 13th of January.

The scheme, this year accepting up to 10,000 new applications, sees up to £200 of ITA funding made available towards a single course or training episode per individual. This funding could be right for you if you’re:

  • 16 or over
  • Resident in Scotland
  • Not currently involved in education or any other SDS funded programme
  • Unemployed and looking to get back into work or;
  • Employed, earning under £22,000 per year and seeking career progression

Once open, applications can be made via the My World of Work website: https://www.myworldofwork.co.uk/learn-and-train/sds-individual-training-accounts-ita(this will open in a new window).
