B-Empowered

Young people will be supported by both a Barnardo’s Works Employability Project Worker and a Family Support Worker from the Barnardo’s Together team, on a 1-1 basis for consistent, long-term support. B- Empowered will work with young people to create bespoke support plans to identify barriers and devise solutions while exploring their future employability goals. This wrap-around support is designed to allow a young people to thrive in all aspects of their life, to promote their well-being and connect them with sustainable outcomes. We will support young people in their work-readiness but also offer continued support once they are in-work/education, to ensure their destinations are inclusive and young people feel comfortable in their new environments.
