Long-term service covering each stage of employability pipeline:
- Stage 0 and 1: Initial Assessment and Action Plan
- Stage 2: Disclosure/Employability support (CV, Mock Interviews etc.)
- Stage 3: Sector specific certification & qualifications
- Stage 4: Job Applications/Work Placements
- Stage 5: In-work Support
A mixture of 1-to-1 work and group work.

- Registered to a City of Edinburgh postcode (EH1-EH17, EH28-EH30)
- Desire for training/qualifications/employment.
- History of offending or at risk of future offending.
- Self-motivation – there must be a commitment from the clients which will be discussed in the first meeting and confirmed through a terms of engagement document.
- We have an open referral system – all referrals will be subject to a suitability questionnaire and a referral does not guarantee a place on this service.
