Breaking Barriers (Enable Works)
The programme, led-through ENABLE Works enables young Scots who have a learning disability and additional barriers to education and employment to attend a leading and world-class business school based at Napier, achieve an accredited qualification, and gain real work with some of Scotland’s highest profile, iconic corporate employers.
We are offering a cohort of twenty 16–25-year-olds a 10-week business course at Napier University, where they will achieve an SCQF Level 4 in Applied Business Skills. This is followed by a 6-week work placement at one of our corporate partners.
