The Recruitment and Skills Centre (RSC) at Fort Kinnaird Shopping Centre supports Employers’ current recruitment and staff development needs and also Jobseekers to gain and retain employment in the area. The RSC is a partnership with British Land (Fort Kinnaird) and the Joined Up For Business Partners including Business Gateway, Capital City Partnership, City of Edinburgh Council, East Lothian Works, Jobcentre Plus, Midlothian Council, and Skills Development Scotland.
