LTSB - Access to Apprenticeships (LTSB)
We work to connect young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds to early career opportunities with real development prospects that pay a living wage in the finance, business and tech sectors.
We run workshops delivering critical thinking, employability, and professional development skills before connecting young people to employer partners such as NatWest, M&G, Capco, and other firms. Young people are trained in the skills and requirements to pass interviews and group assessments, as well as to thrive in the workplace. In addition, Careers Development Managers keep contact with the young person to deliver bespoke pastoral support in-work, ensuring a smooth and comfortable transition to working life.
