Smart Works Edinburgh offers interview clothing and training for unemployed women with job interviews lined up.

Smart Works provides an initial two-hour appointment. The first hour is a dressing session, to ensure that clients look and feel confident and professional for their job interview. The second part of the appointment is an interview coaching session with an experienced HR professional who can provide guidance or a mock interview.

Around 70% of the women we see will get a job within a month of their appointment.
