Smart Works Scotland (Smart Works Scotland)
Smart Works Scotland offers interview clothing and coaching for unemployed women with upcoming job interviews.
Smart Works provides an initial two-hour appointment. The first hour is a dressing session, to ensure that clients look and feel confident and professional for their job interview. The second part of the appointment is an interview coaching session with an experienced HR professional who can provide guidance or a mock interview.
Around 70% of the women we see will get a job within a month of their appointment.

We work with unemployed women age 16+ who are looking for support to enter paid employment.
Women can be referred through an employment advisor or any other type of support worker. Call 0300 373 0955 for more information or to make a referral.

We can often book clients in the day after a referral. We are not funded on the basis of job outcomes, nor do we receive government funding.
