The Action Group - All in Edinburgh (The Action Group)

We are delivery partners in All in Edinburgh, a 5 stage Supported Employment programme for people with a disability or long-term health condition amongst their identified barriers to employment.

The aim of the programme is that clients move into (or remain in) valued and fulfilling work roles.

How we do it

• We follow the 5 Stage supported employment model, providing a 1:1 service to clients with disabilities and/or long-term health condition
• We provide a 1:1 service which supports clients to identify, obtain and thrive in jobs within the open labour market
• We do this through vocational profiling, job analysis and matching, as well as job coaching in the workplace as required
• We also provide support to people already in the labour market who need support to retain jobs or to progress their careers.

Target client group

People living in Edinburgh who identify as having a disability or long term health condition as a barrier to accessing employment.
